Sales Manager
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
- Business related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Well developed commercial skills.
General Manager – Qatar
To provide leadership and vision to the organisation in Qatar within by Assist the Board of Directors and staff with the development of long range and annual plans and the evaluation and reporting of progress against these plans. To develop the business by recruiting key personnel and assisting with the development of the operational capabilities of the Company.
- Business related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Exceptional commercial skills.
- Demonstrable track record in consultative solution selling.
- Must have a strong technical background in networking technologies, IP solutions and fibre optic transmission systems.
Head of Estimation and Bids
To lead the design and estimation team and develop processes and systems to ensure detailed designs and costs are identified and documented. To ensure the prioritisation of all quotations and tender responses.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
- Business related degree or equivalent professional qualification. Probably technical engineering qualification in network communications or related discipline.
- Highly developed commercial awareness and detailed understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
Business Development/Sales Executive – Various positions Abu Dhabi & Dubai
Strong technical background in structured cabling, optical cable networks, Ethernet and Ip Telecommunications. Excellent presentation skills, self motivated, able to meet and exceed targets.
Must have excellent written and spoken English.
U.A.E. Driving licence required.
Fibre Optic Technician – U.A.E.
Field based installation technician with minimum two years experience in the installation and testing of optical fibre cables. Must be competent in optical termination techniques, fusion splicing and OTDR/Power Meter testing.
U.A.E. Driving licence required.
Structured Cabling Technician- U.A.E.
Field based installation technician with minimum two years experience in the installation and testing of structured cabling solutions, computer data centres and active network equipment.
Network Design & Estimation Engineer
Minimum of three years experience of design and cost estimation of structured cabling, fibre optic cabling, active network equipment solutions.
Network Documentation / Auto CAD Draftsman
To work with the network implementation and operational teams. Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and installation tests & as-built customer documentation. Technical background knowledge of Auto CAD required.
Project Manager
Experience of running multi disciplinary teams, familiarity with Microsoft Project and formal project management methodologies. Must have UAE driving licence.
Fibre Optic Engineer
Candidates must have a very strong background in the fibre optic theories and practices. Knowledge of O.T.D.R., power meter testing including CD and PMD test equipment and fibre characterisation test techniques.
Driver
Driver with the ability to assist in administration as well as site cable installation works. Must have a UAE driving license with points 3,5 and 6.
